I had all kind of problem with MMM but not this. I always got my external audio interface Focusrite working well on the program. And use my midi keyboard controller as well. Both were recognized quickly. But could never save the configuration.

Reinstalled, purchased instruments are gone.

Hey, so I got a new PC and had to reinstall MMM (2017) because it wasn't reading off of my old hard drive. But now all of the instruments I purchased are missing. Is there a place I can prove I purchased them and reinstall for free? I'm really not
