  RE: [Solved] Soundpool: format cannot be read .mxcogg
  I've bought commercial versions of soundpools and I just get mxcogg instead of the wav file or it is a mixture of wav and mxcogg (I've set it up so I only get wav files). When I update a soundpool that has wav files, it changes the loops to mxcogg.

  I'm pretty sure it doesn't actually rescan everything on each program start. Correct! That is the purpose of the SF 'grovel' VST and DX <.log> files which lives in the AppData system folder. Unless you install/update vst regularly.
