Online, checked since the installation - manually checked online update many times, nothing. I even went to my account and downloaded the installer, but the newest is still 10.0.5 B38. Confused - possible reason: Location Germany? Thanks anyhow.

The update presented itself automatically when I started the program earlier today. I was running 10.0.5. The other way have got updates in the past is to go to 'Help' and then select 'Update Program online...'
