[Solved] were do you find the downloaded songs

I purchase the Christmas Bundle I know were the Soundpools and Loops are and go were do I get the songs from were do they go in the Music Maker so I can add them and play PLEASE

Sound Forge Pro 18 MAGIX Hub Text to Speech downloads are White Noise

Recently I purchased Sound Forge 18, and I also purchased Text to Speech characters in MAGIX Hub. Initially the text to speech program worked fine, but now it only produces white noise. I have attached a screenshot. Thank you for your support.
