@Sverre-Amundsen I would say Yes. I have a few of these types of USB capture sticks and MEP is able to record from them all. The only issue is whether the driver for the stick is a separate install or whether you need to have Video Saver installed

Use of Magix Movie Edit Pro for rescue videotapes

@Gita-Lalezari Ah ha. Same as mine (I have an HV20). Have your captured your video in DV or HDV? You can tell which format by playing the tape and checking the top of the LCD: it will say DV or HDV. If it is HDV, you'll need to use the "HDV camera"
