  @Purplesaline You don't enter the order number to unlock Vita Instruments but a serial number beginning with VISO, at least this was the case years ago. I would suggest you uninstall the Vita Upright Bass instrument. Open Windows Apps and Features

  @Starsickle In Samplitude you can map your controller in the hardware controller settings in the system settings. Have you already looked at this? But Music Maker is very limited in controller customization. A good alternative is the free tool
