  In addition, the 'D' key will scroll through the Edit> Tools toolbar icons; Edit (normal), Event, Pencil. I feel like an idiot, but I do not see under Edit > Tools toolbar icons. Did I miss something with installation?

  @DRORENGEL I think you're asking about the speed when playing the video on the timeline. There are other controls for this. On the hamburger menu top left, choose "Visible jog/shuttle". The jog wheel and shuttle slider will appear under the monitor.

  I was able to update once I removed all instances of the 2013 Dist that was installed on my computer. So goto apps and scroll the list and uninstall all of the 2013s and then run acid and say yes to the update, Worked for me!

  Considering the responses above, perhaps "scrolling" is not the correct term. Should I be call it "scrubbing"? Just to reiterate, I'm talking about moving the Play Marker along the timeline, not moving the timeline itself, or zooming in and out on
