@ARTHUR-MOE Sound Forge Pro 16 Suite only comes with SpectraLayers 8. You should be able to upgrade to SpectraLayers 9 via Steinberg. I would suggest you wait until Black Friday because usually the upgrade price is reduced by 50%.
