RE: Easiest video format for the software to work with

RE: Saving to MP4
@johnebaker@johnebaker @browj2 @Dosco@Dosco Hi John. I think you know neither of my cameras use HEVC but both do MP4 and mov. I also steer clear of recording in mov. I don't use HEVC for export either normally. I was just thinking about how to

RE: Attach a picture/text to a position in video without jumping
@Brynjar-Gudmundsson Hi Brynjar. The Key Editor is a very powerful part of the program that allows all sorts of parameters of the various effects to be altered as the timeline progresses. So if you want to animate text of move images around, flip

@TechWizard Can you see the progress of the video in the export box? Does it seem OK? I have put up what I see in a typical export of one of my projects. I have to admit apart from you changing the frame rate (especially if you didn't change the

@CubeAce The RAM usage shown in my previous screenshot is about 5% of my total RAM available, and currently has dropped to 1%. The disk I am writing to has 446 GB of free space (the SSD) and the disk I am reading everything from has about 1.5 TB of

@mark-perry That's a pretty wild scene change in the first video and the ABC News audio in the second part isn't playing at a stable speed either. I'm not surprised the audio is out of sync. For clip 1, I suggest you cut it into two clips on the

@CubeAce Gday Ray, something cock-eyed there, I get the normal Export box showing all the details of the MXV export as it progresses. I'm afraid you'll have to turn in that new computer and go back to your 486. That'll fix it. 🙂
