Goodbye Sound Forge
I've been using Sound Forge since 2005(ish). Can't recall the year exactly, but it's been a total joy. I started on Windows when people still used Windows, and then moved to Mac years ago when my company shifted us all over. I can fly around on

RE: Exporting to MP4 - Weird Popping Sound
Hey Ray, Thanks for the quick reply. I tried what you suggested and went to Program Settings. I tried increasing just the Buffer number slightly, and even also tested increasing Multitrack size / preview size (not sure if that would help) as well as

RE: Gripes, Annoyances - Old VST isn't supported without premium features.
I've tried the Audio Buffer stuff, upping the Multitrack size and the Preview size. It didn't help at all with the audio issues I'm facing, nor did it fix the regular annoying crashes/freezes that occur when I'm stopping the playback after a few

RE: New To Music Maker - Need Assistance
Hey Jeff, I've now played with and changed every setting I could find, Buffer Number, Multitrack Size, Preview Size, and the advanced settings - from min to max and just about everything in between. Nothing has made a significant improvement.

RE: VPX12 New Version now out - New Features - Old bugs?

RE: audio distortion during playback
@GORDON-TAYLOR Hi As I commented here. I have found that it is necessary to double the size of the Multitrack and preview buffers to achieve click and pop free playback of the timeline. HTH John EB

RE: AUDIO ISSUE IN VIDEO PRO X
@MCK I am not running VPX but MEP Premium. I get a similar delay when pressing play when editing 4K video but nothing plays before the clip gets pre-rendered and shown loading in the blue bar at the base of MEP. So the video playback is held until

@Bari-Litschauer Welcome to the Magix user to user forums. I will say immediately that I do not own or use either Sound Forge or a MAC, but there are at least a couple of things you should be aware of: Sound Forge is described as a "multichannel"
