RE: New GPU for Video Pro X 15
@MME007 Hi Marc. Not quite, that system ram gets marked as reserved video ram should either the CPU or internal Intel GPU need it for processing such as for 3D rendering. The Infusion Engine III allows for various parts of a project to be processed

RE: Pixelization Effect(ish)/Cookie Cutter Question
@JonM Hi. I used a similar method to the one @browj2 describes in the video below. You get a reasonable idea from 31 minutes onward in the video for a minute or two in the video. Auto tracking in the the latest releases of Movie Studio or VPX is

RE: General discussion on add-ons
@Reyfox Hi, Ok, back at it. DVD/BD - I, too, have DVDA. Never used it. I have all of my DVD's/BD's (about a dozen or so) scattered across my desk waiting for me to add them to my database (I'll come back to database). Most were done in Pinnacle

@doug_mccarron No problem. All participating fellow users of the programs here do our best to offer solutions where possible. Some solutions work better for some people than for others depending on the enquirers previous experiences as they explore

Hi Emmrecs Sorry for the late reply. New Years, Family stuff etc.... That was the fix. Apparently the drivers hadn't been properly installed, so I did them again via the link, now it shows up, and I can record a lot easier, however, there is still a

RE: Movie Studio 2023 vs Vegas Edit 20
@Tony-Haskett Hi, Downgrading a UI to increase sales is an interesting marketing strategy. By that, I presume that you think that the UI of Magix Movie Studio is a downgrade from Vegas Movie Studio. I have both and I don't see what you mean. The

Disturbing news! Here is more of what is in one of the articles: The company is struggling with the current rise in interest rates – while at the same time dramatically declining sales. Magix definitely came under pressure from competitors such as

RE: Movie Studio - Audio and Music Editor 3
@CubeAce Hi Ray, I just checked my comfort distance from the mic and it's about 4-5 inches. It's best to test different distances. Most of my plosives are actually just speaking louder, too loud, emphasizing something, so I don't use a dead cat. A

"Premium Edition includes unlimited tracks", yes that's what I said. No my projects which MM destroyed don't work. Freezing does occur randomly with any project. About the materials, I use materials which MAGIX provides. "What material? Soundpool

[Closed] Sound Forge Already Installed Error
I purchased Sound Forge (and some other products) on Humble Bundle a while ago because I wanted to be able to record guitar tracks on my desktop computer. They automatically installed on my C: drive, but I didn't want that as space is/was limited.

@ericlnz Hi Eric, Thanks for that, I'll take a look in Vegas 18. I figured that there had to be some way to find out the gain. For keyframing, take a look at my tutorial on keyframing and you'll see something similar with the keyframe editor,

RE: General discussion on add-ons
@Reyfox Hi, Thanks for the video about Normalizing in Vegas. It proves my point - in Vegas it's a Switch and you don't know by how much the gain was adjusted. In VPX/MMS, you do. However, in VPX, you cannot adjust the ceiling which is a

Where to begin? I have twenty tracks running of which ten have audio and seven of those ten only have relatively short passages of audio dotted across the length of a one minute project. Two others have edited music along almost the entire length.
