That is a installation bug @SoundExile. The Sound Forge development team (aka, deep thinkers) are aware of it and are allegedly working on a fix. If you install the 32 bit version, the help files will become available for bothFYI, the 32 and 64 bit

The deep-thinkers at Magix are aware of the channel-converter issue. It was 'supposed to' be fixed.... but it ain't. Changing the number of channels and using copy/paste or copy/mix are work arounds if you do not have anything else available.
