[Closed] how to reach sales department
I have not received my email since renewing my upgrade contract on June 8, 2020. Someone told me to ask the sales department on Facebook, but I was traveling at the time and now that I am back home I can no longer access where they posted that. Can

RE: [Closed] Combining 2 scenes into 1 scene
Hopefully, this will explain it...BTw, thanks for your responses. Here is one scene with my kids in the pool, the clip on the left. Here is another scene my kids behind the pool, the clip on the right. Below, I put them on top of each other, and

RE: [Closed] Combining 2 scenes into 1 scene
Thanks. I didn't think I could do combine scenes but had to ask. I am doing an amateur movie with my kids that involves time travel. I have the camera on a tripod, so the background is the same. I want my kids to be in the same scene together like

[Closed] Combining 2 scenes into 1 scene
Hi, Is there a way to combine two video clips into 1 scene? I put them on top of each other, but  the program makes them cross fade. I wan't both clips at full brightness.  BTW, I'm trying to film a time travel movie with my kids.  I have a green

    RE: Video Formats
@MAA Hi Jim, MEP has more and better tools than PhotoStory and more tracks. The editing tools make life a lot easier. More tracks may come into play if you start using collages, especially if you make your own. I made some up for series of photos

RE: Can add custom Transition effects?
@Basheer Sorry, I had dismissed the other wipes as they showed only one direction of travel. That can be changed once in place by right clicking on the wipe in the time line and choose Settings. From there you can choose which direction of travel

RE: VPX12 New Version now out - New Features - Old bugs?
@johnebaker Revised bug list here. I can make the Word file available. Since I am out of Service, I can't raise a ticket, so you (and others) will have to follow up with Magix. There was a bug mentioned in another thread recently that you said had

Magix Travel Maps (1.0.1.385) | Photos upside down
Hi,   I bring here a question to which I don't have yet find an answer. When I import photos from my PC into the Travel Maps pool, some photos appear upside down without any apparent reason for that to happen. I also realized that Travel Maps only

RE: [Closed] Photostory 2020 19.2.46 keeps restarting after application is closed
Above suggestion is right in a sense that sometimes Photostory does maintenance taks and consumes CPU some time after application was closed. As per Magix support request I was asked to completely reinstall the product so eventually I reserved

RE: Moving/slotting images and transitions in Timeline Mode
@FF22 Unless you have a simple project with mostly just photos, no music, no overlays (PiP), few titles, do not use Storyboard mode, use Timeline mode. You have to be able to see what you are editing. I have audio and video on separate tracks. I

RE: First install installs an "old" version.
@pmikep Hi, Vasco da Gama is made by Motion Studios, not Magix. In order for the version that you have to work, you first have to install the version of MEP that it came with activate it (MEP2017), then install VdG and the license code will work.

RE: Organize Photo pool by date created?
@browj2  8 of us traveled together and all took photos. The biggest challenge is always organizing all the photos by time/date stamp. In this case, I made sure everyone had the right date/time set in their camera (phone). In this particular case, it

RE: Hardware acceleration does not work
@CubeAce Hi Ray . . . . MEPs 'Network Sync' program that pops up whenever a Magix program is initiated slows things down if it can't connect to the interenet . . . . I have not seen any evidence of this with my laptop when travelling. The only

RE: Photostory Travel Map - unable to rearanging the order of Locations
This has been helpful for me, thanks. Hope it's added as a feature by Magix. I've also noticed that you can curve around, say, coastlines by adding points then having no marker and reducing time at that location to zero. Another thing I've done is
