RE: Acid Pro Pops and Clicks
@brian-johnson Are you using compressed file formats like MP3 for your loops? This may be a cause for popping and clicking or other glitches. Is your ASIO buffer size set to the maximum (2048 samples?)

RE: Soundcard Options
Thank you! That's good to know, I shall go with the external option. Intuitively I felt that should be better if it was permissible (but I'm no expert). Thanks, Peter (The confusion is not helped by MAGIX/Samplitude's own site, where it states among

@AJenn How would you lose projects? They are still on your SSD, you simply need to locate and load them. Not sure what you mean with uploading to TikTok crashed your computer? Like I wrote, something is fundamentally broken on your computer,

RE: [Solved] Crash with and without error on project load
@Dhektiqa Hi Looking at the error logged you have a MUMA location error . If you are using an external audio device then there may be an external audio interface ASIO driver mismatch, in which case you must use devices driver not the Magix ASIO

RE: Can't get Samplitude to recognize my input
@Jim-Roshelli MME is an ancient Windows sound driver. Were you using Magix Low Latency or ASIO4ALL? Don't you have a driver for your interface? Please check its manual or the website of the manufacturer. It's not really clear from reading your posts

@Richard-Fitzgerald Are you using a guitar amp simulation VST? Make sure you have an ASIO driver enabled. Navigate to File > Settings > Program Settings > Audio/MIDI. Here select an ASIO driver, for example the Music Maker ASIO driver.

RE: Soud Forge does not receive a signal from the wireless microphone
@JoseMaria-Garcia Be aware that ASIO4ALL only allows a single program to access the audio device. So running Audacity and Sound Forge and a screen recorder at the same time will cause problems. With ASIO4ALL you can only run Sound Forge and that's

@Martin-Beckers You can try to reset the program settings via the Help menu. Thank you! Although resetting did not work your suggestion did lead me to try different settings and found it was the magix Asio driver. It works fine with WDM and MME
