  How do I add text ballons/call outs, as depicted in the photo attached?
  The animated caption ( text balloon or callout ) was added in powerpoint. I would like to know can this be done in Magix Photostory 9? If so, how?

  It's not suppost to open like that. It can only be usable in MEP. You type the works in the box. Ballons should tell you that. Hopefully this info is helpful to you.
