RE: Customer Support
@Timothy-Fowler It's also possibly dangerous to run Windows 11 on unsupported hardware. For example your processor might run too hot without the cooling system working correctly. There is no guarantee that the next Windows 11 update will not cook

@ReyfoxThe Alienware, dedusted a month ago. The mini PC as well. Have not repasted the unit but the temp profile was always hot from day one. This was a compliant I read about Alienware, bad air flow design. The Alienware I have was a test unit for

RE: Hardware Rendering
@johnebakerI was watching the temps. The Alienware GPU was well in to 70C, the mini PC Minisforum GPU temp was lower and so was the CPU. The rendering would be >95% GPU utilization at times, ~70C GPU temp and then when rendering collages, low and

@AAProds, Great! Let us know if they plan to issue a hot fix or schedule the correction for the next update/release. We can then retest.👍

RE: Crackling/popping noises in exported video audio
Hi and welcome to the user to user forums. First, make sure the volume isn't clipping for the output by turning on the limiter on the output volume slider of the audio mixer. Internally the volume will not clip when played but could be too hot for

RE: Reasonably affordable graphics card for Magix Movie Edit Pro Plus
@Tusk That's a nice setup you have there. A new GPU and you'll be going like a rocket. The latest versions of Magix are optimised to use the plug-in GPUs and encode videos very fast: I regularly get 1200% encode speed with my RTX-3060ti. Re cards

@Former user I'm not saying more expensive is therefore better but I would expect 'professional' software to open pretty much any media format... but they don't open yours And the free AVIDemux ripped through it like a hot knife through butter.

RE: SF7 will not open WAV files
It could well be a fault with the file. I told the person who sent it to me about the problem, and he says everything appeared to be normal with the file. I guess this will remain a mystery. In any case, I now know hot to handle it should it happen

Thanks Johnebaker, I believe you hit the target. I have always burned all my music on ordinary data CDs because I am not familiar where I can buy a music CD these days. I guess that's why they get hot on me when I play them loud in my vehicle radios.
