[Closed] Authentication code for Movie Studio 13

Something happened to my program so I deleted it and reinstalled it. When I start up, I try to use the Optional Authentication Code as instructed, and all I get is "Invalid". Got any ideas on what to do now? Kevin Arkin

@Kevin-Tam Hi Kevin. Your 2014 MP4 export has a significantly less bit rate than your present MP4s for the same frame size / frames per second resolution. That would make the file way less able to pick up things like the edges of your green screen
