I bought VPX17 "ultimate" and installed it on two devices. After many hours none of the extra "ultimate" add-on work. I even bought a second VPX17 and cleaned my system completely of all old Magix related programs, directories etc (including \AppData\etc)
The brand new VPX17 throws "coupon used" for some and "Invalid Registration Code" for others - despite copy/pasting from their sales confirmation email. When I try to open a suppport ticket it gives me a "The support request could not be saved." after the little blue wheel spins for a long while. It is clear that the "ultimate" package is a waste of money and so I will roll back to VPX16 and life goes on. But I am angry and want my money back. Anyone ever get any joy with a refund?
