Application doesn't launch

Hi,

For the past 3 days I've been trying to launch the Movie Edit pro but it just stops working. I don't know what I need to do to get it to work. The only Error message I get is it stopped working. I've restarted my computer several times and it doesn't work. So I'm not sure what I need to do.

I am not a computer person so I hope I answer your questions correctly.

I have HP, Processor: Intel (R) core (TM) i5-7200U CPU @ 2.50GHz 2.70GHz, Installed RAM 8.00 GB, System Type: 64 bit OS, x64-based processor, Windows 10 Home, version 1909, program that I bought: Movie Studio 17.0 Platinum. I think that's all you needed.
