Hi

How are you trying to modify or fix the audio content ie what are you using an effect, audio cleaning or edit audio in external editor?

If you are trying to use Audio Cleaning

Your computer specification may also help - see this topic for details of what is required and please quote the processor and graphics card names and models in full.

My system is Win7, because my motherboard does not support Win10 system, and the replacement of hardware and system is very complex and time-consuming.However, it is a pity that our video editing software seems to be less and less supported by Win7 system now, and the problems we found cannot be solved and updated, such as hardware acceleration of graphics card, Travel Route support for GPX files, audio processing and so on. Therefore, our confidence in the manufacturer has been greatly reduced.

Hi

The issue here is that you are running Windows 7, which was end of life since January 2020 and is no longer supported by Microsoft, on legacy hardware which is not capable of meeting the demands of modern video editing software, in turn as Windows 10 is nearly 6 years old, no software manufacturers are going to support older versions of Windows when releasing new products.

If a software in the sale is said to support Win7, but in the process of using a problem has not been solved, this is not a kind of deception to consumers is what? Besides, some problems also occur not only in Win7, but also in one of my Win10 machines.

I would like to see a screen shot of where you saw that Movie Edit Pro 2021 supported Windows 7 please. I have never seen this. Movie Edit Pro is no longer a 32 bit program and must be run on a 64 bit operating system that supports Direct X 11.1 or higher.
