Bad Crumb Message

Cannot open application any longer. Upgraded Mac OS, and only getting a "Bad Crumb" message which leads to shut down of software. Is there a patch or update that corrects the problem?

No, sadly not. Sound Forge for Mac OS does not run under Catalina or Big Sur. A patch isn't planned and Magix doesn't seem able to develop the Mac version any further. If you cannot go back to Mac Mojave the only option is to use the Windows version with Bootcamp, Wine or a Virtual Machine.
