I don't see a coupon code in email for producer planet redeeming.....

But how do I get to the stated/advertised 13 gigs of Acidized loops that the AP11 Producer pkg mentions? My installation said "you already have all of the content acquired. Avail in Store" ....something like that. I had Acid Pro 10 and have a host of other Magix products (MM, SMS, SFAS, SFACL4, and SPX3), but I don't think I have or was given a code anywhere in past for 13 gigs of Acidized Loops? I used the Magix Upgrade offer, and it showed the same 13 gigs of Acidized loops in Producer feature list before choosing to upgrade......
In the past I have received such email coupons for such things, so I am familiar with what you are saying. For bigger programs deal pkgs, its usually listed in the "license" email that comes with all the links and serials....
I'll eventually create another post or support ticket to find out as I am pretty sure I don't have 13 gigs of Acidized Loops from anywhere, and I have even bought a handful over past years too, so what I do have wasn't part of a pkg deal. I have lots of regular "Soundpools" from many many Music Maker and Samplitude Music Studio editions and upgrades over years, but those aren't labeled or sold as "Acidized" like the ones for Acid Pro are at Cahoo/Producer Planet.

Yes. I tried to load a picture of what mine shows, but says I already have all AP11 content... So, just wondering if it is same as previous 8,9,10 versions. I guess I assumed it was newer bonus content for AP11.
I did send ticket asking Support to clarify for me so I know if missing, or all is well/same as prior versions.
Here is what mine shows:
ACID Pro Sample Collection 1 (2.48 GB)
ACID Pro Sample Collection 2 (2.44 GB)
Rhythm and SFX Collection (1.72 GB)
ACID loops (Producer Planet Teaser 1) (2.48 GB)
ACID loops (Producer Planet Teaser 2) (2.14 GB)
It won't let me check the box and load them again to make sure file system is proper, just lists that it was previously downloaded in details window.
I will try to find out where they are in the AP Explorer and make sure i have access to them all...still...
And wait and see from Magix Support if this is what I'm supposed to have or missing newer content!

I don't have that loop coupon mentioned in my AP11 upgrade email. Hmmmm.... so by the difference in Producer and Suite, there should only be 3 gigs extra by your coupon over my Producer version. 13.6 vs 16.6 gigs correct?
Hi there... Yep, correct..... SURE you do not have that coupon code... as clearly stated on Magix Acid web page, one of the extra content included in the SUITE version is 16.6 GB Loops (SUITE) instead of 13.6 GB (Producer).
Again, since you purchased Producer version, it's obvious you DO NOT have that coupon code in your mail... How could you have it...? It was sent exclusively to those who bought SUITE version, meant to redeem the extra content on producerplanet...
