I am using MAGIX Movie Edit Pro

I have done several video projects since buying the program a few months ago and all have burned in color. They are no longer burning in color, but rather black and white.

Hi

Please do not post confidential information in the forum - this includes serial numbers, order numbers and email addresses.

The most likely cause of the issue you are having is burning the discs to the wrong TV standard ie NTSC or PAL.

If not we need more details - see this topic for what is required, also include the steps you are taking to burn the disc and which presets and settings you are using in the Burn dialog.

Standard DVD NTSC is what comes up automatically in the burn dialog. What should I be using?

Magix 15 will not work with my Windows 10

@John-Evans9045

Correct.

You will need a version of Magix that can use Direct X 12 to run on Win 10 or revert to an earlier operating system. Unfortunately under Windows 10 you don't get the choice of not updating the operating system any more so older programs and peripherals will eventually become redundant as Windows progresses through it's update cycles.

Hi

. . . . Standard DVD NTSC is what comes up automatically in the burn dialog. What should I be using . . . .

That depends on which TV standard is in use in your location, generally if in Europe then PAL if Canada, US then NTSC.

I assume when you say they paly in black and white you are referring to when playing the disc in a DVD or BD player to TV is this correct? If so how is the player connected to the TV - SCART connector or HDMI?
