Can't install

I recently purchased the Humble Bundle that contained 5 programs from Magix, and I've ran into the same issue when I tried to install all five of them. The installer opens up, and it tries to start, but promptly stops at 0%, and whenever I retry it the same thing happens. I have tried running the Magix installer from documents and it displays the error "This app can't run on your PC", i've tried resetting, downloading straight from Magix official site instead of Humble Bundle, and running the same .exe on another computer of mine, and I get the same message. The products specifically are:

Magix Music Maker (V4)

VEGAS Movie Studio 16 Platinum

SOUND FORGE Audio Studio 13

ACID Music Studio 11

Video ProX 11

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

The symptoms you describe suggest strongly that your Antivirus and/or Firewall are blocking your computer from accessing the Magix download servers. As a first stage, have you tried completely disabling it/them and then trying the download again? Which AV/Firewall products are you running? Certain ones, e.g. AVAST and AVG, are known to be "problems" with Magix software.

What is you computer specification and Windows version - see this topic for more information on what is required.

Are you trying to install on a MAC OS or Linux OS using a virtual machine to run Windows?

Thanks for the response.

I'm currently usign windows' default antivirus and firewall, and I've tried disabling both of them and nothing has really come of it, whenever I launch the installer theres a window that pops up and promptly closes, which I assume is the second installer that is unable to run.

Hi.

My computer is currently running windows 10 education, version 10.0.18363 Build 18363, and the second computer I tried running it on was running windows 10 Home. I'm not virtualizing or such. I have an i5-6300HQ, 8GB of ram and a Nvidia 960M, sorry for not providing this earlier.

Yes, many of the details listed in the linked post!

And your personal email address is visible on the screenshot you posted. I would urge you to either obscure it on the image or, perhaps better still, remove the image completely.
