Sorry, I did find it, however now when I open the program the screen (top left) (I believe it's the video editing screen) is covering the tool bar (i.e., file..etc.) and can't be moved. I don't know how to get this to move

So Disapointed! - I purchased the Movie studio online on march 2023 and was never able to use it, I can login to my profile and see it listed there as one of my licensed products, yet when I try to open it, I am asked to register, when I do so, it returns an error message saying that my serial number is already register to another email address, Magix support never helped in any way, anyone please?

@Hermes-Trejo Make sure to enter the same e-mail address in the activation dialog box that is used for your customer account. If you want to use another e-mail address, change it in your customer account settings first.

I did use the same email (I only have one). Can I submit a screen share to show the window that won't be move out of the way (it's eclipsing the tool bar and it can't be moved)

@Joseph-Luciani Yes, you can upload images to this forum via the blue arrow icon above the response text box.

You can try to reset the Windows by pressing F9, at least this it how it works in my old versions of the software.

My other advice about the e-mail address was for the user @Hermes-Trejo

Try pressing F9 to reset the program to its default layout.

In Windows settings, System, Display, ensure the Scale setting is set to 100%
