soundforgepro 10.0.507 / win10 home

when i open sound forge, i get an admin message saying that this program needs admin privileges to register. the sony tool opens and does nothing.

the program runs fine in admin mode but, drag and drop functionality is disabled in this mode which is a real pain

i made a new admin account on the same system and this message doesn't appear.

any support for this? as in, what is causing this? registry issue? this just started happening today
