Cannot reproduce MP4 video file with MAGIX Video ProX Version number is 18.0.1.89 (UDP3) . I have another PC with installed the previous version version 18.0.1.85 (UDP3), where I can reproduce MP4.video file with no problem.
I enclose the screenshot of what I got by running Medialinfo, if this can help ..

Do you mean you cannot import the video into Video Pro X?
