cant get computer id

cant get computer id. NEED TO ACTIVATE DOLBY STEREO AND 5.1. THE PROGRAM WANTS A COMPUTER ID TO ACTIVATE IT. THIS IS VERY BASIC. USUALLY THE PROGRAM ITSELF ADD THE ID AUTOMATICALLY. BUT NOT THIS TIME.
