We need more information:

Which version of Movie Edit Pro have installed?

What is your computer specification - see this topic for details of what is required.

Please note: for the specification give full names for processor and graphics card(s) - these details are necessary if the program is asking for burn routines.

If you have fully installed the program ie also download the free downloads - Help, Install extra content  then the burn routines are already installed.
