Same here. I have used the eLicenser help tool to re-registered my eLicenser installation and activated the newly provided SpectraLayers key, none of which has helped. Below are the two error messages I receive.
I was able to resolve the problem by launching SpectraLayers as an administrator. Just right-click in the Start menu and select "Run as administrator". After doing that once I am now able to open it without elevating to admin.
My issues are a little different. When I made my original purchase, there was an error during the check out and I was charged twice for the same product. After some time I was able to get the right registration#. However I am still working om getting a refund or credit
