Same here. I have used the eLicenser help tool to re-registered my eLicenser installation and activated the newly provided SpectraLayers key, none of which has helped. Below are the two error messages I receive.

First, my apologies that no-one has responded to your posts, presumably because no-one who reads and posts to these user to user forums actually knows the answer.

The only suggestion I can make is to use this page to create a Support Ticket to ask for Magix Technical Support help.

I was able to resolve the problem by launching SpectraLayers as an administrator. Just right-click in the Start menu and select "Run as administrator". After doing that once I am now able to open it without elevating to admin.
