I downloaded the Movie Magix 18 upgrade, but when I try to open the program I get this error code: Error in module "OpenCL.dll" (Load Address: 0x00007FFF3EF60000) TO address 0x00007FFF3EF65C98 (Exception 0xc0000005 "ACCESS_VIOLATION")

Anyone have any idea what this means or can you put me in contact with someone who does? Thanks.

Do you mean Magix Movie Studio 18? If so you will find this a very different program from Movie Studio 17 and earlier - I would suggest you see this topic if you have not already done so.

The error you are getting is usually associated with the drivers of you graphics card - are they up to date, however it is also possible that the GPU does not meet the system requirements of Movie Studio 18?

What is your computer specification - see this topic for details of what is required and please quote your processor and graphics card/chipset make/model in full.
