I purchased Movie Studio Platinum Suite - Sound Forge 14 was included and installed but will not accept the serial number associated with the suite and no other numbers were included in the registration email...
The Sound Forge serial code is separate from Vegas. Emails from Magix can end up in a Spam or Junk folder, so you should look there. Otherwise, you will need to contact the Magix Customer Service Sales Team, which handles registration and activation issues.
This is a users forum and no one here, including the moderators, has access to Magix products serial numbers or customer info.
