Exports are black screen just audio

I have Photostory Deluxe 2024. After completing a slideshow in the storyboard with pictures and audio, when exporting only the audio processes while the pictures are black (absolutely no video just sound). Regardless of the export resolution or file type, the same issue occurs. I had Photostory deluxe 2023 and the same issue occurred, so I purchased the 2024 version but no luck. My system info is as follows:

Unfortunately neither of the GPU's in your computer system meet the system requirements of Photostory 2023 or 2024.

The Intel HD4600 may not be available, and if it is, does not support DirectX 12, due to being disabled by the GeForce 9500 GT which also cannot be used because it does not support NVENC for encoding.

In Photostory program settings, Device options tab, set the Video mode to CPU.

Note: export times will be slow given the age of the PC and replacing the graphics card may not make a significant difference to the export times

If you do consider replacing the GeForce 9500GT GPU with a more modern one, eg NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1050 or better, do check that the PC motherboard supports the PCIE requirements and has the appropriate socket.
