As advised contact Magix with the provided email and it will be dealt with accordingly.
Email offers a quicker response and cancellation.

I don't wish to wait, but my contracto ends in 2 weeks, I already sent the email but as stated by someone else, they will charge me for another period because ai didn't send the email in time, which would be a very bad service since nowadays this is something that doesn't take more than a couple of minutes.
Assuming you want to cancel a subscription to a Magix product, perhaps ACID, all the information you need can be found by reading the whole of this thread.
You must send an email to infoservice@magix.net, informing them that you wish to cancel your subscription. Cancellation will take effect 30 days from the date of your email so, as pointed out earlier in the thread, you may be charged for at least one further month, as clearly stated in Magix Terms and Conditions.
Just to be clear (again as stated earlier): these are user to user forums. There are no Magix staff here so no-one who visits or posts here can do anything to help you to cancel your subscription.
This cancellation process is THE WORST. I emailed in September of 2024 to cancel and never received a response. I just sent another email to shop@magix.net to cancel again.
I have also disputed the charge with my bank. I am expecting this to be resolved and a full refund issued. The hoops you make your customers jump through to cancel this subscription is absolutely absurd. You should change it if you care at all about your customer base.
@Marko-Bagge Date of the cancellation is the time you send your e-mail to infoservice@magix.net. So no need to wait for a response
I sent an email to this email address, requesting cancellation on 09/16/2024 and never received a response. And I was just charged another full year's subscription. So....definitely don't trust THIS response. I'm so angry.
Please read ALL the earlier posts to this thread. If you do, you will see that there are NO MAGIX STAFF present here, just fellow-users, so there is nothing we can do to assist you to cancel your subscription, sorry. And we can do nothing to ensure a full refund is issued to you.
