i just load coupon code but nothing work. Please help

I bought Vegas movie studio platinum pc download from best buy and yesturday i used www.magix.come/redeem and put coupon code on but nothing. Today try to put coupon code again and computer said invalid key. Please tell me how. Thank you.

Hello,

After redeeming a coupon code you should receive an email containing your download link and serial number.

My first suggestion would be to check your Spam folder for an email from register@magix.net.

In case there is nothing there, you can contact sales support by sending an email to infoservice@magix.net or filling out the support request form on MAGIX info.
