Music Maker pro ( the brand new one) is bugging out on me bad.

Ryzen 3600

Asus ROG strixx570

32 gigs of 3600 Ram

Have a hard drive dedicated to Magix

I am having many problems with Vita reporting I do not have enough ram then saying I have 75% free.

Then every time I try and put a soundpool object in it claims it does not have the rights, I have to wait a second and then it activated. I paid for the Premium version. please help

@Johann-Tetreault

Welcome to the Magix forums.

You will see I have edited your post to remove your telephone number and email address. Such personal and confidential data should never be posted to a public forum.

Since this is a user to user forum and not a contact for Magix support I think you should use the Support header of any forum page to raise a Support Ticket, especially since this is apparently a new install.

Hi

. . . . many problems with Vita reporting I do not have enough ram then saying I have 75% free . . . .

What does the error message actually say - a screenshot of the message would help?

How much free space is available on the c: drive and what is the rest of your system spec - see this topic for details required?

. . . . Have a hard drive dedicated to Magix . . . .

What does this mean? For example, does this mean you have installed Music Maker to this drive instead of OS drive C:, or all your projects and media files are on this drive.

At first I installed it to my primary C drive, same problem, then I uninstalled it, and reinstalled to my (2TB) K drive

same problem. I also changed the default file folders to a dedicated file folder in my K drive.
