@Jarmo-Hamalainen

Assuming you're talking about Magix Video Easy, hop into your Magix account and go to "My Products". Your Video Easy program should be listed, with your P3 registration number. Click "Show more details" (under your P3 number). You can have two computers registered; if you've already got two registered, you'll have to de-register one eg your old computer so you can register your new computer.

Then you should be good to go.

BTW, we're not Magix staff, only users.

Also, for your personal security, don't paste your email or or P3 number here.

Good luck!

All my forum comments are based on or refer to my System 1.

My struggle is over! I built my (now) system 2 in 2011 when DV was king and MPEG 2 was just coming onto the scene and I needed a more powerful system to cope. Since then we've advanced to MP4 and to bigger and bigger resolutions. I was really suffering, not so much in editing (with proxies) but in encoding, which just took ages. A video, with Neat Video noise reduction applied, would encode at 12% of film speed. My new system 1 does the same job at 160% of film speed. Marvellous. I'm keeping my old system as a capture station for analogue video tapes and DV.

@Jarmo-Hamalainen Make sure you enter the same e-mail address as used on your old computer.

Product full name is MAGIX Video easy Video Saver. Capture video from vhs tape. I can't find My Products. Only My Contracts and it is empty. Is it possible to contact company support? I can't find how to do it.

@Jarmo-Hamalainen Yes, contact customer support at infoservice@magix.net

If you can't find any registered products you very likely created a new, empty customer account by entering a new(?) e-mail address. Your old customer account should be still there. You need to enter your old e-mail address during login.

I have same email. Maybe I have typing error in email in first registration? I just install program and give serial number and mail. Then test that it works. Now I need to use it with new computer 😞

@Jarmo-Hamalainen Customer service at Infoservice@magix.net should be able to find the correct customer account. In the meantime you could use the 30 days trial option.
