We need more information:
Are you getting an error message, if so quote in full please?
Which version and variant (Free, Plus or Premium) of Music Maker are you trying to register.
Your computer specification and Windows version - see this topic for details required.
If running Windows 10 check your Antivirus program is not blocking the program from accessing the Internet, if it is you will need to either turn it off or add an exception for the program to it.
