I need help installing the software. I keep getting no known file location or something like that when I try to install. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Je possède VDL 2022 Premium version 21.0.1.111. La version 21.0.1.119 refuse de s'installer depuis plusieurs jours.
Précisions : je travaille sous Windows 10, à jour. Mes pilotes sont à jour aussi (vérifiés par Windows Update)

What is the full name of the program and what is the error message in full - a screenshot would help?
Additionally we need more information:
Computer specification and program version, see this topic for what is required and please quote processor and graphics card make/model in full - I would suggest you put this information in your profile signature so we do not have to keep asking for it.
The amount of free space on the hard drive(s) you have.
