Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

Which version of Windows are you running? Which firewall and antivirus? Does the MM installer have "permission" to contact the Magix server?

These are the very basic questions to which we need answers if we, as fellow-users, are to have any chance of being able to help you!

Also, a full description of your computer, as explained in this post, may well also offer us some ideas to suggest to you.

Hi,

the issue is happening again, I am running Windows 10, using windows defender antivirus and firewall (both have been disabled but issue persisted)

I am not sure how to see of the NN installer have permission to your server.

I am using a desktop computer with the following specifics:


Processor    Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8400 CPU @ 2.80GHz   2.81 GHz
Installed RAM    16.0 GB

System type    64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Pen and touch    No pen or touch input is available for this display
 

Windows has been fully updated,
