Before posting read this topic and provide more details about your computer specification, product full name and version and export format/preset being used.
For Movie Edit Pro the system requirements state:
'Onboard, min. resolution 1280 x 1024, 512 MB VRAM and DirectX 11 support (recommended: Intel Graphics HD 520 for MPEG2/AVC/HEVC'
Your i7 CPU has an integrated GPU so that is fine.
On the other hand, your Radeon GPU is now rather "old" - I note there has been no updated driver for it since a beta release in January 2016. Hence, the performance figures you are seeing are pretty much what I would expect.
But, as @johnebaker wrote, the most critical factor for performance in MEP is the CPU and yours is more than adequate for successful operation of the software since it includes "Intel HD Graphics 630".
As @emmrecs has said your GPU is more than sufficient, however it must be available to the program and Windows.
If it is available, you should be able to set Movie Edit Pro (MEP) to use it, in the Windows, Graphics settings, see image below
If MEP is not listed, click the Browse button and browse to
C:\Program Files\MAGIX\Movie Edit Pro variant\version
- where variant is Plus or Premium and version the year
select videodeluxe.exe and Add it, then from the dropdown select Power Saving and save.
If the Intel GPU is not available or used then either
it is disabled in the BIOS - you need to check your computers motherboard manual on how to enable
and/or
there is no monitor plugged into the Intel GPU.
If you have dual monitors plug one in the Intel GPU (motherboard connector) and the other into the AMD, if single monitor plug it into the Intel GPU connector.
Hi @emmrecs you are correct, my connected GPU may be old. I got it from a drawer at my office. so are you saying my builtin Graphics processor (i7- 7700) is superior to the connected GPU (AMD Radeon HD 5450)?
In this case, I will remove the GPU from the PC and connect my monitor to the Built-in display port. (Hope I cant use both same time (My PC is not that older)
My ultimate intention to avoid unstable situation when I use purchased 4K stock videos. Also to reduce the time to Export to MP4. Magix is always making issues when I use 4k videos. either it will not show in Magix video monitor (blanc) even I enable proxy files creation. All the full HD videos in the same project file work without any issues. So I have to convert the videos to full HD to make it compatible with Magix.

If you have single monitor it must be connected to the Intel onboard GPU for it to be active. To ensure both GPUs are active - if the monitor has 2 or more inputs then the second one can be connected to the AMD - as far as the GPUs are concerned there is a monitor attached to each one, otherwise you need a Monitor emulator commonly known as a Headless Ghost to plugin to the GPU with no monitor connected.
If you have 2 monitors connect one to the Intel onboard and the other to the AMD.

You should not be having these issues at all with 4K if the source video is a standard H.264 .MP4 format. If it is not then please analyse the purchased clips with Media Info app and copy and paste the information from the Text View into your post.
Maybe your Intel Integrated graphics was not enabled or had been disabled by the addition of the separate Graphics card . Let us know if removing the Radeon card has eliminated these problems?
Sorry for the delay. My monitor has more than one input (Digital and HDMI) but I did not have the required cables.
both monitors are connected now. I selected the Integrated Intel VGA controller In bios. I can see both Graphics cards in DXDIAG and Magix video settings. screenshots are attached.
But still, the GPU is used only 1~4% most of the time during exporting to MP4 however at the end I saw it spiked to 12% for some time(please find attached video). Playing 4k video in Magix monitor is not smooth in Magix video monitor (Even in VLC player)
When I exported another video to MP4 (No much editing Just Merged two video and added a text) I could see the GPU is using ~35% still not using completely.
It looks like not using my both GPU. and why it is not using 100%? why 4k video playing is not smooth!. Please advise.
You appear to be on a several versions old graphics driver. Don't rely on windows to find the latest one - go to Intel's website and download from there - unless your PC is a branded machine in which case go to the PC manufacturers site for their latest recommended driver as these often contain customisations for your machine.
You are exporting 25fps material to 29.97fps and I think that is only carried out on the CPU.
Is your 4K video from a cell phone that is recording at a variable frame rate? this is known to cause issues with stuttering, blank preview and sound sync. If so you will need to convert it to constant frame rate with a transcoding progam like Handbrake before importing to MEP. Check the files properties with Media Info app and paste text view back here.
@johnebaker I created a project file with maximum of 4k videos for testing. But still, the GPU was used very less!. Please find the attached video.
@Scenestealer@CubeAce I updated the Intel HD 630 driver from the intel website (screenshot attached) just after the above video but the result was the same when I rerun the Project file. I use Handbrake very much for non-compatible videos, Handbrake is very useful but it has few issues like it will remove the transparency of video and give a black background.it reduces the size considerably even we choose Production max with the same source video spec. i"m afraid it may spoil the quality of my purchased stock videos.
Your graphics card is not appearing in Task Manager so is not in use to help with 3D rendering on playback.
That your project seems to be residing on the C: drive as I see no other disc activity, so you are reading the files from the C: drive as well as running MEP and Windows. That's a lot of work and a potential bottleneck.
I can't see how much ram is in use.
MEP needs a lot of free drive space on the C: drive to work. How much extra space it would need if the project resided there to move files around when running as well, I'm not sure.

On an earlier post I noticed you said you were going to take out the graphics card. That may be a mistake. The Specs for MEP include the use of a graphics card. It may not be used for some exports but does help in smoother playback if the card is good enough. Again it normally takes up some of the 3D rendering duties that is needed to be done in real time for smooth playback.
Note most people here use nvidia cards but I think newer AMD cards may now be able to to used as well.

Hi, I'm really no expert, the other people who have already commented helped me speed up my exports, 20min videos were taking 30mins to export, but turning on the internal graphics in the Bios settings reduced exporting by half, 20min export in 10mins, not long after i got in touch with Magix who recommended a Nvidia card, I bought a GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER 6GB Graphics Card, £200+, i installed it, it made playback better but not the export, so i'm still using the internal GPU & exporting in half the movie time, It's fine by me as i needed to upgrade the graphics card
