A screen shot of the Program settings, Display options or Device options tab would help.
Have there been any changes to the computer or program between working and not working?
Was there any error dialog that popped up when the crash occurred, or the Crash log opening when you restarted the program? If so what was the message or the faulting module ?

It has been working good before. No problem earlier. I even tried vith an old VHS movie which was made to right media.The program stopped. Samsung 20 s and i have filmed lots of films with that phone before and it had been worked out properly. Cache memory? Not enough with memory on the computer? The computer works with other applications without no problem. What is wrong ? I have work in this program since 2014 and its a very good programm untill now? Sorry no good English..
