We need more information to help diagnose the issue(s) you are having:
The specification of your computer system including Windows version and program version, see this topic for what is required, and please quote processor and graphics card make/model in full, and also what monitor/screen resolution(s) you are working with if this is a laptop.
I would suggest you put this information in your profile signature so we do not have to keep asking for it.
@THOMAS-LINNERTZ Please check the Windows Reliability Monitor for crash logs and copy and paste them here. There is no phone support. We might be able to solve this faster than creating a support ticket.
To do this, press the Windows key and R on your computer keyboard. This will open the Run window. Type perfmon /rel and press Enter. This will open the Windows Reliability Monitor. Navigate to red cross icons in the timetable. Then double click on the crash entry to open the log. Copy and paste it here.
@THOMAS-LINNERTZ No, thanks. We can see that the software crashes in MSACM32.dll
This seems to be a Windows system library for audio compression. Your Windows installation might be damaged. You can try to repair it yourself if you follow these steps:
In the search box on the taskbar, type command prompt, and right-click or press and hold Command Prompt (Desktop app) from the list of results. Select Run as administrator, and then select Yes.
Type DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth (note the space before each "/"), and then press Enter. (Note: This step may take a few minutes to start and complete.)
After you see a message that says "The operation completed successfully," type sfc /scannow (note the space between "sfc" and "/") and press Enter.
After you see a message that says, "Verification 100% complete," type exit and press Enter.
