Having the same exact problem. Ive hit the "P" key to reset and rescan soundpools, restarted the program, restarted my pc but nothing seems to be working.. I should have never upgraded to 2026. HOW DO WE FIX THIS?!
@Dustin-McClinton@John-Woodford7724 As you can see from several posts in this forum, the servers have been offline for the past few days. I'm not sure if they're all back online now. You could try to click on the button to clean up the in-app-store inside the program settings. In the past it was also possible to get the Loops Unlimited subscription working again by deactivating the program via the Help menu and then reactivating it via the serial number. If neither of those methods works, the store servers probably haven't fully recovered yet.
