Loss of sound when exporting

I am building an hour long video tutorial in Magix Pro as a project file. and it works perfectly within the program sound, video with sound and photos. But when I try and follow the directions for exporting the visual portion is perfect but the sound cuts off totally after about 3 seconds. No clue why this is happening. Please help.

What export directions are you following? Can you do some screen grabs of your exporting work flow?

Hi and welcome to the forum.

We need more information in addition to what @CubeAce has asked:

  1. Your computer specification
  2. Windows version
  3. Program full name and version
  4. Format of the video files on the timeline and the source - a MediaInfo analysis of one would help.
  5. What is on the timeline at about 3 secs? A screen shoot of the timeline in that region would help.
  6. Which export preset setting are you using.
