Mixdown showing hardware acceleration deactivated in Movie Studio 2024

Hello,
at first i wanna say i did see - https://www.magix.info/us/forum/hardware-encoding-for-mpeg-4-export-stopped-working--1329535/
Tried solutions from it but nothing helps.
1. switch cpu/gpu encoding
2. reinstall
3. remove magix folders from %appdata%
4. reset to defaults
5. reinstall GPU drivers to game/studio
etc

Settings:
OS: Windows 11 (up to date)
Movie Studio 2024 (23.0.1.236 [udp3])

As in title during exporting video with mpeg4 or hvec i got this message on mixdown window

Tried to observe how my PC reacts during CPU and GPU acc export
I know it's not great but best i could think of right now.
On the left there i spike on CPU with CPU encoding while GPU stays calm
On the right there is less CPU spike on average with higher GPU activity

Which seems that changing hw acc options works
Question:
Is GPU workload not to small? It was around 20% isnt it supposed to take all the GPU power?

Other though is that Studio expects certain driver version which may not be updated anymore - i have newer GPU drivers but software expects for older one - mismatch in v number causes this message.

any help will be appreciated :)

@Pshybysz With driver version 59x, Nvidia depreciated certain NVENCODE API presets for GPU encoding that Movie Studio relied upon. You must either downgrade the GPU driver to version 58x or upgrade to the latest version of Movie Studio as the old version is no longer supported and will not get a bugfix.
