I'm just glad you finally believed the advice and have a working solution.
I know it seems unjust that components go out of a useful production lifespan over a short period of time (especially so when it comes to video production) but on average my computers have always been useful for longer than my new cars have lasted, being a very high mileage driver. 🤣
If you do have further problems my advice would be go back to using VPX 12 and stick with it until you really have a need to upgrade your graphics card which will likely be at the end of Windows 10 support.
In itself it the nvidia GTX 680 is not a bad graphics card and still somewhat relevant. It's just that the newest top of the range nvidia cards now are over 500 % more powerful and can access more feature sets as newer supporting drivers are made available to them.
