My M Audio QUAD has no phantom power

I have an M Audio Quad. I have Acid Pro. My Quad is a few years old and until now very reliable. As of this week it’s not. Everything seems to be working except phantom power! I’ve never heard of this before and see no references about it on the web. Am I buying a new DI? I see no references to driver updates.. you know those windows 10 guys always switching or upgrading something. Your thoughts.

Assuming that it is not switched off and that the external power pack is functioning then you need to get the unit checked out by a MAudio service agent.

This question is about ACID Pro 10 Suite. When I load a song and play it, the position needle is about 1 - 2 measures ahead. It is not lined up or match with the actual position where the music is playing.

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

You have posted to a thread about problems with Phantom Power in an MAudio interface. Your question has nothing at all to do with that problem and is described as "hijacking another user's thread".

Please do not do this but rather start a new thread with your question, making sure to include full details of your computer and the exact version of ACID Pro which you have. This post will show you the sort of information which another user who might be able to offer assistance really needs to know.
