A few years ago, I purchased the Sound Forge Audio Studio 10 software from you. I registered it, and it worked perfectly.

However, it has recently stopped working and displays an error message indicating that there is some kind of problem. I have already tried registering it again, but it still doesn't work.

Could you please let me know what I should do to resolve this issue?
