It doesn't work because the e-mail you entered is different than the e-mail this serial number was registered to in the past.

You have to enter the old e-mail address that was used firstly or in case you don't know it anymore contact sales support at infoservice@magix.net because they can change it for your in their databases.

This can happen if the software was bought second hand and the pre-owner didn't unregister the software. Did you got the software directly from Magix or from someone different?

SF is not a utility app and needs to be installed on the PC's main drive, typically "C:\Program Files.." The media files can be elsewhere though;

The same email address that was used when SF was initially registered must be used See Magix's 'How to solve error code "-24"'

If you bought your software over a year ago support will cost something. If the link does not work try another browser or try to contact infoservice@magix.net to help you to buy a voucher. But maybe we can solve the problem here for free. Did you already try to reinstall the software on your main hard drive?

I think the real problem here is that people are asking a lot of questions. 😀

i even tried to buy the ticket in the support page but the link is not working i can't even buy support if i wanted to

If you just bought the program you shouldn't need to buy a voucher. This has to be a mistake on Magix side. Do you already have an account on Magix.com? Send infoservice@magix.net your order confirmation. They should send you another serial. Maybe Humble Bundle sent you a wrong serial.

Until your latest post you seemed to be referring to Sound forge Audio Studio 13, but now you mention VEGAS Movie Studio 16 Platinum! So, which is it? Certainly, your original screenshot shows SFAS, so what has Movie Studio to do with this?

If your question is about Vegas MS, please read this post and follow its advice.

Please answer carefully and fully ALL the questions posed to you. Without much more detailed information from you, anyone attempting to help you is really guessing.
